About the Recipe
This is seriously such an indulgent breakfast that will leave you satisfied throughout the day! Play with the avocado-berry ratio to suit your smoothness for the day. Enjoy

Ingredients
1 small cup frozen berries (wild blueberries and raspberries)
300 ml oat milk (or favourite mylk)
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup broccoli florets
1/4 raw beetroot (roughly chopped)
1 tbsp chia seeds (soak first if preferred)
1 tbsp pumpkin/sunflower seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 handful fresh baby spinach or kale
2 tbsp raw cacao
2 small dates
1 tsp stevia or 1 tbsp of maple syrup to taste..
Preparation
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a blender, just make sure the cacao and chia seeds are not at the bottom by adding the milk first.
Step 2
Blend on high for at least 1 minute or until desired smoothness; beetroot and broccoli will be smooth when blended long enough.
