Currently working as a mobile Physical Coach from the lush surroundings in the northern parts of Sydney, and as a Personal Trainer at Bodyshape, whilst sharing my skills as a Spinal Flow practitioner. RELEASE - RESTORE - TRANSFORM
Exercising can definitely seem like a chore, and yet if we want to enjoy success in any area of life
we must embrace these perceived challenges and turn them into habits.
Conscious movement is simply the only way to stay vibrant in this body, and when you learn what is right for you and how to stay consistent then your goals are not far off.
This is still something I'm tweaking constantly to allow for all of life's energy to be embraced and stay harmonised.

Empowerment comes from the decisions that one makes, proceeding with courage
and a level of kindness to oneself,
and yet all the distractions do not make it an easy journey. My compassion and empathy towards others comes from my own intense experiences with the body and mind.

I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness in order to stay consistent and reach a more desired state in a realistic way; and while there may be a sore muscle or two when getting started, the benefits of your exercise journey are worthy beyond what we can truly see...

I have developed my own training method by working with a wide variety of people over the years, in all areas of health and well-being, slowly discovering how it works for me and how I can best share my knowledge. My programs are implemented according to the needs of my clients in holistic ways that strengthen our systems from the inside out, working on our foundations and making shifts that go beyond our current reality;
empowering us to move forward with success!

Spinal Flow Technique is a new healing modality that I am also excited to share, and with it help others to function optimally in their body. This is a non-invasive healing modality that allows the practitioner to connect to the body's nervous system through access points, which initiates the body's own healing wisdom! ​​
My focus has turned to women specifically since 2017, to bring more light to the new mums-to-be, who are birthing their children in unnecessary and often unconscious waves of fear.
My vision is for women to feel Empowered by taking responsibility, not doing things all by themselves,
but by knowing what is best for them, and being able to voice their choice in each moment no matter the environment...

My life has been an ever changing thread of events, and after I chose to have my first child I discovered a new purpose to share what I have learned along the way about healing my body of various chronic issues through many different techniques and tools.

Holistic Personal Training
Moving must become a priority and a habit, we all know this, but how do we make it work without depletion or overwhelm?
Exercising creates cellular vibrancy and inner joy when we hit that sweet spot and I show you how to it becomes easier without adding on more stress to your life. This way it is enjoyable, manageable and most effective for you. I make sure you have foundational core strength, greater mobility, and joint stability so that you immediately feel lighter and stronger.
My Focus is on You; I look at what your needs are on the day, your energy cycle, and how to make the most of your exercise sessions according to your goals.
I'm currently working from Bodyshape Warringah Mall and as a mobile trainer across the north of Sydney anywhere between Chatswood and Monavale.
Sessions run for about 45min to an hour and to start off we will organise a meet up so we can assess how to best move forward.

Get started in the best way for You. I've seen it time and time again how people get back into exercise especially after the whole covid time or after an injury, and end up going way too hard and fast, either depleting themselves, giving up, or struggling with pain again. This is of course not necessary under the right guidance and support, and what you decide to do impacts every aspect of your life, which is why discerning and progressing according to where you are at in life is so paramount.
When you decide to start exercising more intensely again for what ever reason or after any circumstance, having someone there to tell you how to move most effectively for you, and what you need to do to progress safely can be the difference between goal achievement and chronic issues. I'm here to give you the energetic support, a unique program, and nutritional guidance for your needs. I will help you to figure out how you must move forward in the best way to actually stay consistent and become the best version of yourself in no time.

Small Group Outdoor Fitness
These programs give you all components and aspects of training to keep you inspired, strong, and improve your overall well-being really fast. They are a combination of full body strength, athletic, mobility, and stability exercises, that can be adjusted to any level of impact or fitness. I remain focused on your individual needs and abilities by keeping the group size to a maximum of 12 participants.
These outdoor sessions are designed to be both safe and effective, leaving you in tip-top shape. They keep you glowing from the inside out!
Sessions are sheltered when weather is rough.

Back Pain Specialist
When we talk about balance we really mean harmony between you and your body. How you engage with the world, how you internalise it, and how you respond to it will determine a physical response. Your body is a messenger of all that is going on and when things become chronic we finally learn to listen. I share my knowledge and experience from not being able to walk due to chronic spinal issues at age 25 to being able to enjoy 40 cartwheels at 40. I love sharing my experience to help you gain the confidence, structural strength and flexibility to move more freely again throughout your daily activities.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TRAINERS?
All trainers have their own expertise and experience. Look for someone you feel comfortable with, who trains the way you enjoy, and who is able to identify how you can integrate your goal requirements to become a balanced part of your lifestyle.
Remember also, you need to feel safe and confident under their guidance so ask lots of questions.

I keep things simple, safe, and progressing accordingly, with the right inspiritation, encouragment, and tips you need to build long lasting physical wellbeing. The process is to make sure you're having fun and make it a habit.

My vision for you is to give you all the knowledge, tools and confidence needed so you can go forward on your own!
HOW DO YOUR TRAINING SESSIONS COMPARE TO OTHERS?
I design my sessions around the fact that everybody is different. This means that exercises are chosen according to what you need on any particular day to get the most out of your workout and consistently work towards your goals, this is especially important for women embracing the hormonal cycles in life.

I also make a big emphasis on incorporating mobility training, this prevents unnecessary injuries, allows for easy recovery, increased joint stability, improving strength in range of motion, and releases built up stress. In my experience this has given me the best results.
This is included in all training sessions we do.
WHAT TYPES OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
In the beginning you will want to master your own body weight, but we definitely get creative with some dumbbells, kettlebells, swiss balls, battle ropes, resistance bands and TRX action for some great functional strength and fitness!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO A TRAINING SESSION?
-
Bring water, but make sure you are already hydrated from the day before!

A mat to play on, stretch etc.
-
Raincoat if need be.
-
A fairly empty stomach, allow at least 2-3 hours after a meal, to avoid dragging your feet.

And an intention to have some fun and make it happen!
