Alignment Reset Retreat: Joy Edition is a gentle, nourishing day designed to help you soften the heaviness, release held tension from the body, reconnect with your inner child, and remember the joy and creativity that still live within you. This is not about forcing happiness or pretending everything is all love and light. It is about creating enough safety in your body and nervous system for joy to become available again.
