About the Recipe
This recipe calls for endless varieties; with different herbs and spices, seaweed, cheese and even sweetness for an amazing granola. Go for it, once you've made them, you'll find it so easy you might be making them all the time!

Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower
1/4 cup buckwheat
1/3 cup hemp seeds or sesame seeds
1/3 cup flaxseeds (use ground flaxseeds but they do go off easier)
2 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp dried rosemary or oregano
2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
1 tsp celtic salt or the like
1 1/2 cup filtered water
Preparation
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together. Let it stand and soak up all the water for about 25 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare a large baking tray with parchrchment paper. Perheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 3
Pour the dough mixture onto the baking tray and spread it out to about 1/2 cm thickness.
Use a knife to lightly score the spread into rectangles or squares.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, then remove, break along the scores, flip the crackers and return to the oven for 10 minutes more.
